Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Manager role based in Kolhapur. The Purchasing Manager will oversee sourcing, vendor selection, and procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services required for metal casting operations. Daily responsibilities include negotiating pricing and contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support uninterrupted production. The role involves monitoring inventory levels,



coordinating with production and quality teams, and optimizing purchasing costs while maintaining required standards. The Purchasing Manager will also analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes and policies.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of procurement and purchasing practices, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
Experience with inventory control, materials planning, and coordination between purchasing and production teams.
Familiarity with mining, metals, or manufacturing environments, and understanding of raw material sourcing requirements.
Ability to analyze cost, quality, and delivery data, and use basic tools or software for procurement reporting and tracking.
