About The Role

Entropik is looking for a RevOps & GTM Enablement Specialist to drive operational excellence across our global GTM initiatives. This role owns the systems, processes and analytics that keep the GTM engine running - from pipeline and CRM hygiene to Sales ops and cross-functional GTM execution. You will also play a crucial role in SDR/AE onboarding and ramping up current hires in the GTM team.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing & Product to build scalable processes, unblock GTM priorities, and act as the operational backbone for revenue leadership.

What You'll Do

Sales Enablement

Build and maintain sales playbooks,



battle cards, and process documentation
Support SDR/AE onboarding and training as part of the broader enablement function

Revenue Operations

Own pipeline reporting, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene across the sales funnel
Manage and optimize GTM tooling and tech stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, BI tools)
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep performance
Design and manage sales compensation/commission calculations and processes
Support territory planning, lead routing, quota setting, and deal desk processes

GTM Strategy & Execution

Act as an operational partner to GTM leadership - running point on cross-functional initiatives and projects
Identify bottlenecks and gaps across the GTM funnel (marketing → SDR → AE → CS) and design scalable fixes
Coordinate between Sales, Marke
