Cybertot is a new-age consumer technology startup building solutions for one of the fastest growing problems facing urban families today: unhealthy screen exposure among children.
The problems range across excessive screen time, digital addiction and dopamine-driven content, exposure to unregulated and age-inappropriate content, gaming etc.
The problem is severe, growing at an unprecedented rate, and is one with a solution in sight.
It’s literally Day 0.
Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can help shape the voice, content engine, and thought leadership strategy for Cybertot from the ground up.
This is not your standard “content role.” This is part storytelling, part community building, part internet intuition, part operator energy.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to define how Cybertot communicates with up-to-date parents — across blogs, podcasts, YouTube, social content, expert-led conversations, and everything in between.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy ambiguity, move fast without waiting for perfect instructions,



and genuinely like building things from scratch in environments where the only constant is change.
Fair warning: this JD is probably only 50% of what you’ll eventually do. The rest will unfold as we grow.
Core Responsibilities
· Own and drive Cybertot’s content strategy across platforms
· Work closely with the marketing team on communication strategy and campaign execution
· Build meaningful relationships with psychologists, educators, parents, child development experts and digital wellness specialists
· Identify, onboard, and collaborate with specialists who can contribute to Cybertot’s thought leadership ecosystem
· Host and conduct podcasts, conversations, interviews, and expert sessions
· Translate long-form expert conversations into snackable, high-quality content across blogs, YouTube, social media, newsletters, and other channels
· Take complete ownership of the Cybertot blog ecosystem and organic traffic growth
