Role Description The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, including prospecting clients, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and following up on inquiries. The specialist will coordinate with builders and internal teams, prepare and present property proposals, and support clients through booking, documentation, and closing.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, updating customer databases, and staying informed about local market trends and new project launches. The role requires consistent on-ground presence, excellent communication with clients, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering a positive buyer experience.
