Role Description The Business Development Trainee will support growth initiatives by identifying potential clients and partners, conducting outreach,



and nurturing leads for IntrnForte’s educational and upskilling solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in lead generation campaigns, performing basic market research, supporting customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The trainee will collaborate with the business development team to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, while helping coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with institutional and corporate stakeholders. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, requiring active engagement with both internal teams and external partners to contribute to the company’s expansion.
