Company Description AFFIRM VERITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, part of Affirm Verity Group, is a regional entity specializing in inspection, verification, marine, and technical services. The company supports clients across commodities, marine, industrial, infrastructure and government sectors, operating through entities across the regions.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in Gurugram and support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our inspection and verification services.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule daily inspection, verification, marine, and related service assignments.
* Track job progress and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
* Coordinate with field inspectors, clients, internal teams, and external service partners.
* Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and job files.
* Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with client and internal requirements.
* Prepare basic operational reports, status updates, and management summaries.




* Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues and follow up on pending actions.
* Support process improvements and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Candidate Profile

* Experience in TIC Industry, logistics, marine services is preferred.
* Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and basic reporting tools.
* bachelor’s degree.
* Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
