We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Creator Onboarding Specialist to build and manage a solid network of creators, influencers, content creators, social media promoters, and digital personalities.

Job Summary

The Creator Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for identifying, approaching, onboarding, and activating creators for Kheewa Incorporation's various campaigns, products, brands, and business initiatives.

The role involves creator hunting, outreach, communication, verification, onboarding, profile management, campaign coordination, relationship management, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should be highly communicative, comfortable speaking with creators, active on social media, target-oriented,



and capable of building long-term creator relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Creator Hunting & Identification
Identify relevant creators and influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Search creators based on niche, location, audience, engagement, content quality, and follower profile.
Build and maintain a large creator database.
Identify both emerging and established creators.
Discover creators suitable for different campaigns and product categories.
2. Creator Outreach
Contact creators through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Introduce Kheewa Incorporation and relevant creator opportunities.
Explain campaign requirements, benefits, processes, and commercial terms.
Handle creator questions and objections professionally.
Follow up consistently until onboarding is completed.
