Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Midgrow will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.



The intern will help with onboarding documentation, updating employee databases, and supporting HR policy implementation and compliance across the organization. Responsibilities also include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, basic personnel administration, and coordinating internal communications related to HR programs. This is an internship role based in office in Indore, where the intern will work closely with the HR team and other departments to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support their communication and documentation.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and assisting with employee-related processes.
