Role Description The IELTS Expert will be responsible for planning and delivering IELTS preparation classes to students, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This full-time, on-site role based in Sirsa involves designing lesson plans, creating practice materials, conducting mock tests, and providing individualized feedback to improve students’ band scores. The IELTS Expert will monitor student progress,



maintain accurate records, and collaborate with academic coordinators to align training with school standards. The role also includes organizing workshops, guiding learners on test strategies and time management, and staying updated with the latest IELTS formats and requirements.
Qualifications
Strong command of English language skills, including advanced grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Proven experience in IELTS training or English language test preparation, with familiarity across all test modules.
Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop practice materials, and assess learner performance effectively.
Excellent classroom management, presentation skills, and the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Comfort with educational technology tools for content delivery, practice tests, and progress tracking.
