Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining mutual fund and financial solution offerings, and guiding clients through investment choices based on their needs and risk tolerance. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored portfolio recommendations, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular follow-ups and reviews. The role involves documenting client interactions,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of investments, and staying current with market trends and product updates. This is a commission-based role with earning potential linked to performance. It is a hybrid position based in Surat.

Qualifications & Job Role :

Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Robust client relationship-building, consultation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to understand financial products, interpret basic investment and risk concepts, and explain them clearly to clients.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities ethically.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
Proficiency with standard office software and digital communication tools for maintaining records and conducting remote interactions.
Prior experience in financial service
