Role Description Antahin Abha Foundation is seeking District Program Managers to lead district-level implementation of its NRich-ECCE program in partnership with government institutions. The role will coordinate closely with DIET, district officials, school leaders, ICDS stakeholders, teachers, and Abha’s field teams to ensure high-quality implementation across selected blocks.
The candidate should understand the realities of public education systems and must bring strong field leadership, stakeholder coordination, and program management experience, along with a commitment to improving foundational learning for children in low-resource communities.
Qualifications
Experience in program management, project planning, and implementation within the non-profit or social impact sector.
7–12 years of experience in education program implementation, district-level operations, teacher training, NGO programs, or government education projects.
Experience working with DIET,
district education systems, ICDS, government schools, or teacher capacity-building programs preferred.
Comfortable using digital tools and dashboards for tracking progress.
Solid communication skills in Bengali; working knowledge of English preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned district/s.
Strong abilities in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, reporting, and use of basic digital tools for documentation.
Background or knowledge in education, youth development, or mental health initiatives is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative work approach.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
