Role Description This is a full-time Biomechanics role based in Mumbai, offered in a hybrid format that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves conducting biomechanical assessments, analyzing human movement and load patterns, and interpreting data to inform product design, performance, and safety. Day-to-day tasks may include designing and running experiments, working with motion capture and measurement tools, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, engineering,



and quality. The Biomechanics professional will also contribute to research initiatives, stay updated on current scientific literature, and support continuous improvement of processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in biomechanics, human movement science, or related fields, with the ability to design and interpret biomechanical tests and studies.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including use of relevant software tools (e.g., motion analysis, statistics, spreadsheets).
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., engineering, product design, quality) to translate biomechanical insights into practical solutions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
