Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound, based in Indore. The role involves making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, introducing products and offers, and building long-term relationships that reflect Kimirica’s focus on wellness and premium experiences. The executive will handle customer queries, collect feedback,



and ensure high levels of satisfaction by providing transparent information and courteous service. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for order or service-related issues, and meeting assigned outreach and engagement targets. The role also requires aligning communication with brand guidelines and contributing ideas to improve customer experience and retention.

Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive experiences and effective issue resolution.
Business Relationship Management and Client Relations abilities to build and maintain strong, long-term customer connections.
