Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Bytescare. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies,



creating and scheduling posts, managing community interactions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and effectiveness. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader brand protection initiatives and company goals.
Qualifications

Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
Excellent written communication and writing skills, with the ability to create transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Experience in content strategy for social media, including planning calendars, defining content pillars, and aligning campaigns with marketing objectives.
