We are looking for a HR Executive responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower identification, recruitment and hiring, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR activities in a quick-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Identification & Workforce Planning
Coordinate with department heads to identify current and upcoming manpower requirements.
Understand job requirements, skills, experience, and competency requirements for open positions.
Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) in coordination with functional managers.
Maintain a manpower requirement tracker and recruitment plan.
Support management in identifying critical and priority hiring requirements.
2. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other channels.




Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate technical, functional, and management interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer release within approved budgets.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining.
Maintain recruitment MIS covering open positions, candidates in process, selections, offers, and joining.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per defined recruitment timelines.
3. Employee Onboarding
Manage end-to-end joining and onboarding processes.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Complete employee background verification wherever applicable.
