WE'RE HIRING – CAKE & DESSERT PRODUCTION CHEF ?

? Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month

We are looking for a hands-on Cake & Dessert Production Chef for our cloud-kitchen/bakery operation in Bangalore.

This is NOT a luxury hotel, fine-dining or premium pastry chef position.

We are looking for someone who is fast, practical, consistent and strong in cake production.

• Fresh Cream Cakes
• Celebration Cakes
• Tres Leches
• Tiramisu
• Mousse Cups / Jar Desserts
• Brownies
• Basic Cakes & Desserts
• New products as we expand

?‍? What We Need

• Solid hands-on experience in cake making and production
• Should know how to make cake sponges from scratch OR work confidently with premixes
• Good knowledge of fresh cream cakes and basic decoration
• Experience with Tres Leches, Tiramisu, mousse cups or similar desserts
• Very good speed and production efficiency
• Ability to handle multiple orders during peak hours
• Comfortable following standardized recipes and measurements




• Good hygiene and kitchen discipline
• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused cloud-kitchen environment

⭐ WHAT MATTERS MOST

We are NOT looking for a premium/luxury pastry chef.

We don't need advanced pastry artistry or fine-dining experience.

We need someone who can:

MAKE GOOD CAKES → MAKE THEM FAST → MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY → HANDLE DAILY PRODUCTION
