Role Description The Manager at Anytime Fitness Panchkula is responsible for overseeing daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and member-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and supporting team performance to deliver high-quality service.



The Manager will handle membership sales, lead local marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with members to drive engagement and retention. Key responsibilities also include maintaining facility standards, coordinating with personal trainers and staff on programming, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and operational policies. The Manager will regularly review performance metrics, manage basic financial and administrative tasks, and proactively identify opportunities to improve club efficiency and member satisfaction.
Qualifications

Experience in fitness club, hospitality, or retail management, with the ability to lead teams and manage daily operations.
