Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Amritsar, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across channels such as email, chat, social media, and phone, resolving order, shipping, and product-related questions in a timely manner. The specialist will manage support tickets,
