Role Description The Managing Partner will lead overall business operations, sales strategy, and client relationship management for Key Castle Properties Pvt Ltd. This full-time on-site role, based in Pune District, involves overseeing real estate consulting projects, guiding a team of sales professionals, and ensuring high-quality advisory services for clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, monitoring market trends,



supporting key negotiations, and maintaining strong partnerships with builders and other stakeholders. The Managing Partner will also drive process improvement, uphold compliance standards, and represent the firm at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding sales or consulting teams in a target-driven environment.
