Role Description The Mechanical R&D; Engineer – CAD, FEA & Structural Optimization is a full-time, in office role based in Ajmer. This role is responsible for designing mechanical components and systems using CAD tools, performing FEA simulations, and optimizing structures for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and iterating design concepts,



conducting structural analyses, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into agritech and clean energy solutions. The engineer will support prototype development, participate in inspection and testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical systems and processes. The role also involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, assisting with maintenance-related design considerations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of mechanics, materials, and structural analysis.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
Experience with inspection and testing processes to validate mechanical designs and prototypes.
