What You'll Do:
Identify and follow up with leads who haven't booked a consultation yet through outbound phone calls
Sell paid consultation appointments to adults seeking anxiety recovery & wellbeing
Drive consultation show-ups by conducting expectation-setting calls over phone in advance
Conduct consultation and closing calls over Zoom (video call) with both self-set and inbound appointments
Close deals confidently by understanding pain points and aligning solutions
Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot
Follow up with unconverted leads and manage your full pipeline from first contact to close
Keep detailed documentation for every stage of your pipeline

Skills and Attributes You Must Possess:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related roles
Experience selling a product or service over phone call and/or video call
Comfortable showing up on camera for Zoom calls with prospects




Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage, listen, and influence people effectively
Ambitious, money-minded individual who is willing to create real impact through their efforts and get that fairly monetised
