About the Role
KIWI Kisan Window is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective and existing customers, generate sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide relevant product information.
Follow up on leads generated through website, social media, campaigns and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable KIWI Kisan Window products.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the operations, retail and customer support teams for order-related requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or customer service.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM or sales software.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales goals.
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG, food products, retail, e-commerce or consumer brands.
