The Role
We're looking for a Senior Performance & SEO Marketer to own the full performance and search function across a portfolio of client accounts — from strategy to execution to the client relationship itself. You'll be the person accountable for whether a client's spend is working, whether their search visibility is improving, and whether they trust us enough to keep renewing.
This isn't a role where strategy and execution are handled by different people. You set the plan, you run the campaigns and audits yourself, you report the results, and you make sure the work behind you — creative, content, dev — lands on time and on brief. You're senior enough to be handed a budget and an account with no hand-holding.

What You'll Do
Strategy
Build performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads per client — audience definition, budget allocation across channels, and funnel structure from awareness to conversion




Build SEO and search-visibility strategy — keyword strategy, technical SEO priorities, content and link-building direction, and increasingly, AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) as search behavior shifts toward AI-driven discovery
Translate each client's business goals into a measurable strategy — not a generic playbook applied across accounts
Set and track KPIs that tie back to what the client actually cares about (leads, revenue, bookings), not just platform-level vanity metrics

Client Retention
Be the primary point of contact for your accounts on all things performance and SEO — the person the client trusts with their budget and their numbers
Run regular strategy and performance reviews that clearly explain what happened, why, and what's next — reporting that builds confidence, not just data dumps
