Role Description The Short Courses Program Coordinator is a part time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of short courses offered by the university. This role coordinates course schedules, manages enrollment processes, and supports instructors with administrative and logistical needs. The coordinator communicates regularly with prospective and current learners, responds to inquiries,



and ensures a positive participant experience from registration through completion. Day-to-day activities include monitoring course performance, gathering feedback, updating course information and documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to improve and expand short course offerings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and supporting basic reporting on program outcomes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to plan, organize, and refine short course offerings.
