Role Description This is a full-time in office drafting role based in Coimbatore. The Draftsperson will produce detailed architectural, structural, and interior drawings based on design concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing 2D and 3D drawings, updating plans as designs evolve,



coordinating with the design and construction teams, and ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and project requirements. The role also involves organizing project documentation, supporting design reviews with accurate technical drawings, and collaborating closely with team members to deliver high-quality, buildable plans.
Qualifications

Strong technical drafting skills using CAD and other relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Ability to produce clear architectural, structural, and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Understanding of building codes, construction materials, and basic structural and MEP coordination principles.
Good visualization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
