For over a decade, the society has built and advanced projects such as quadcopters, RC planes, and robots designed for competitive events like ROBOWARS. With each year, Mechnext expands its technical capabilities, membership base, and recognition through hands-on innovation. Role Description The Owner role at Mechnext is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the society. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project planning and execution for robotic and mechatronic builds, coordinating teams working on quadcopters, RC planes, and competition robots,



and ensuring resources and facilities are effectively utilized. The role involves guiding technical leads, organizing workshops and events, managing collaborations with university departments and external partners, and promoting the society’s activities to attract new members. The Owner will also handle budget oversight, sponsorship outreach, and governance, while fostering an inclusive, safety-conscious, and learning-focused culture for all participants.
