About Digital Nexon
We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida. We run paid ad campaigns for clients across different industries and the video creative is often what decides whether a campaign wins or loses. That's where you come in.

The Role
We're hiring one Video Editor with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on editing experience. You'll edit short-form ad videos for live client campaigns, your work goes live as real ads, gets real numbers, and you'll see exactly how it performs. We expect you to already be comfortable in your editing software; we'll teach you what makes an ad work, not how to edit.
You will:
Edit short-form ad videos (reels/vertical ad formats) from raw footage
Build hooks, captions, cuts, and pacing designed to hold attention
Turn around revisions quickly based on feedback and performance data
Study winning ads and adapt what works into new creatives

Experience:



6 months to 2 years of real editing work is required - freelance, agency, or personal client projects all count, but you must have edited for someone other than practice. Complete beginners: this role isn't the right fit, but keep an eye on our page for intern openings.
Location: Sector 2, Noida (in office). Not remote, not hybrid.
Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is permanent, it will not change to a day shift later.
Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For
6 months–2 years of hands-on editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects any, as long as you're fast in it)
A portfolio of short-form work you can share, this matters more than your resume.
Speed with quality, comfortable delivering multiple edits and revisions in a day
An eye for hooks you know the first 2 seconds decide everything
Bonus (preferred): experience editing ad cre
