Role Description This is a full-time, remote freelancing work-from-home role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Skilled Expert who will teach both grownup students and younger kids. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering online phonics, reading, and public speaking sessions, using age-appropriate techniques and interactive activities. The role involves designing lesson plans, creating engaging learning materials, assessing learners’ progress,



and providing constructive feedback to help build confidence and communication skills. The professional will maintain regular virtual classes, collaborate with the team to refine teaching methods, and ensure a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all learners. Administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, coordinating schedules, and communicating with parents or adult learners are also part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics instruction, reading skills development, and spoken English for both children and adults.
Demonstrated ability to teach public speaking, presentation skills, voice modulation, and confidence-building techniques.
Experience designing structured lesson plans, creating engaging learning content, and adapting teaching methods to different age groups and proficiency levels.
