Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end post-production for a variety of content including brand films, music videos, short films, reels, shorts, podcasts, and event coverage. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, editing video sequences, syncing audio, applying transitions,



and refining pacing to match creative briefs and brand guidelines. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and integrating graphics elements to create polished, cinematic outputs for social media campaigns and client projects. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with directors, producers, content strategists, and designers to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for a range of formats (short-form, long-form, social media, and branded content).
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, cinematic looks and maintain visual quality across projects.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, transitions, and basic visual effects.
