Shivam Packaging is a Ludhiana-based manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical and FMCG packaging trays, serving customers across North India.
Our pharmaceutical packaging range includes trays for injections, ampoules, ointments, vials, eye/ear drops, WFI and other packaging applications. Our FMCG packaging portfolio includes LSBT trays, HR trays and 3-line/4-line trays used by consumer brands.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us expand our B2B customer base and develop recent business opportunities across the pharmaceutical, FMCG and related manufacturing sectors.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new B2B leads, developing corporate clients, managing customer relationships and converting leads into orders.
The role involves a combination of desk-based sales, telemarketing,
lead follow-ups and field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
This is an on-site role in Ludhiana and does not offer work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, market research and other channels.
Identify and approach potential customers in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, packaging and manufacturing sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and B2B clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, email and client meetings.
Arrange and conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and coordinate quotations with the internal team.
Negotiate with customers and convert qualified leads into orders.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
