Role Description The Key Account Sales Specialist (International Markets) is a full-time, in office role based in Kottayam. The specialist is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key international distributors, retailers, and partners, ensuring consistent sales growth and brand visibility for Broons Tea across global markets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing,



and coordinating order fulfillment with internal teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning. Collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance teams is essential to support promotional campaigns, forecasting, and performance reporting for international accounts.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Sales skills, including experience handling key or strategic accounts in international markets.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in sales, marketing or management roles.
Extensive experience in International Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector in your previous roles.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships with global partners and clients.
