Role Description The Estimator and Quantity Surveyor (QS) is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area,



responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for precast and civil construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting site measurements, preparing BOQs, and analyzing material, labor, and equipment requirements to support bidding and project execution. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with design intent, budget constraints, and construction schedules. The Estimator and QS will monitor cost variations, update project budgets, support tender documentation, and assist in negotiating rates with vendors and subcontractors. The position also includes maintaining estimation records, supporting cost control during project execution, and ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
