About The Role

Bugle Technologies Private Limited is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to support our healthcare clients – doctors treating children with cleft lip and palate. The role involves visiting cleft care centers, capturing real patient stories, photographing treatment journeys, conducting short interviews, and coordinating with the marketing team to bring these stories to life on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Be physically present at cleft treatment clinics in Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, and Bengaluru based on patient schedules




Capture high-quality photographs and videos during patient interactions, treatments, and recovery moments (with consent)
Conduct short, sensitive interviews with patients and their families in a warm and respectful manner
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to schedule content shoots when patients are available
Edit and organize content using basic tools like Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, etc.
Coordinate with the social media and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content
Work closely with both the clinical team (for content creation) and the marketing team (for content posting and alignment)
Ensure proper documentation of patient consent and adherence to ethical media guidelines

Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in photography and videography
Understanding of short-form content trends on Instagram and Facebook
Basic editing skills using tools
Polite, empathetic, and professional communication style, especially in hospital setti
