Role Description The Ayurveda Product Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri. This role is responsible for training sales staff and other team members on the features, benefits, and correct usage of Ayurvedic products, with a focus on sexual health formulations. Daily activities include preparing and delivering structured training sessions, conducting product demonstrations, and creating clear training materials such as guides, presentations, and FAQs. The trainer will gather feedback from trainees, identify knowledge gaps,



and continuously update training content based on new product launches, customer queries, and regulatory or company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with management and product teams to ensure consistent, accurate information is shared across the organization.
Qualifications

Strong Product Training and Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning sessions.
Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities, including clear verbal explanation and qualified interpersonal interaction.
Sound Analytical Skills to understand product information, interpret feedback, and improve training effectiveness.
Knowledge of Ayurveda and herbal medicines, especially related to sexual health, or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to handle sensitive health topics with discretion, cultural awareness, and non-judgmental profession
