Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for setting and executing the company’s overall technology vision and strategy. The CTO will lead engineering and development teams, oversee end-to-end product and platform development, and ensure the scalability, safety, and reliability of humanoid robotic solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing technical roadmaps, guiding architecture and infrastructure decisions, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders in product,



operations, and commercialization. The CTO will also mentor senior technical talent, establish best practices for software development and project execution, and stay ahead of emerging technologies in robotics and AI to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering complex, scalable technology products.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including setting long-term technology direction and designing robust technical ecosystems.
Proven Project Management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives and timelines.
Experience leading high-performing engineering organizations, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management of technical teams.
Prior leadership experience in robotics, AI, or advanced hardware-software systems is
