Overview of Position
This role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputs
Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas
Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation
Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, perks, and business case value
Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trends
Business Analytics and Delivery Skills
Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and structured problem solving
Data analysis, visualization, and exposure to AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Define data needs, perform data preparation, and support AI-driven reporting
Process analysis, documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities
