Role Description The Vendor Recruitment Partner is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding external vendors and partners who support Crack-ED’s learning and development offerings. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing potential vendors, evaluating their capabilities, conducting interviews or assessments, and coordinating agreements in line with company standards and policies. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to understand training needs, maintain vendor performance records,



and support continuous improvement of vendor relationships. This is a full time on-site role based in India, requiring regular interaction with local and regional vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills, including experience in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.
Proficiency in recruitment or talent acquisition processes, with the ability to assess vendor capabilities against organizational needs.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Organizational and analytical skills, including maintaining documentation, tracking performance metrics, and supporting data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of learning and development or training services is beneficial, especially in corporate or education-focused environments.
Ability to work on-site in India
