We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Product Management to lead the development of a domain-specific large language model (LLM) integrated with AR for immersive simulations.

As the VP of Product Management at EveoAI, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development process, including managing MLOps, CI/CD operations, and leading a multidisciplinary team. You will drive the strategic vision and execution of building and integrating a sophisticated LLM with AR capabilities to deliver unparalleled user experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs.

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 8-9 professionals, including AI/ML engineers, AR specialists, backend developers, and data analysts. Foster a collaborative and cutting-edge team culture.

- MLOps and CI/CD Management: Oversee the implementation and management of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of machine learning models and software updates.

- Domain-Specific LLM Development: Guide the development of a domain-specific LLM, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, accuracy, and relevance for fashion and personality training applications.





- AR Integration: Lead the integration of AR technologies with the LLM to create immersive and interactive simulations that enhance user engagement and learning.

- Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing, sales, and customers, to gather feedback and ensure the product meets market demands.

- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing improvements and optimizations to enhance the user experience.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML and AR domains, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.

- Technical Skills:



Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and machine learning frameworks. Experience with AR technologies is highly desirable.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps, with a focus on innovation and market trends.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

- Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.

- Background in fashion technology or personality training applications is a plus.
