We are creating a Talent Pool for multiple NGO's in India. Further information will be shared once the candidate is matched with any open requirement.
- Gather and organize data from various stakeholders. This would be via conversations, analysis of available documentation with the implementation teams
- Presentation of the collected information in a comprehensible manner that informs the stakeholders about the data collected
- Engage in calls and meetings with stakeholders (government officials, partners, NGOs, employees, sponsorers)
- Writing proposals and communicating with key partners.
- Supporting field initiatives and other duties as needed.
- Learn and develop Social media content (across different platforms).
Finding creative ways of understanding our current social media audience and engaging with them.
- Help in organising live sessions or online webinars
- Helping us with the design of programme outreach materials.
- Cross-train and assist other departments, on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
● Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel
● 12th Pass
● Self-motivated, responsible, and should be engaged and highly interested in the developmental agenda
● Ability to learn quickly from multiple subject areas and be a team player with people skills
