Job Summary
The Vice President (VP) – Operations, Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the company's overall business operations, sales growth, marketing strategies, transportation, dispatch, purchasing, and financial coordination. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, increasing market share, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving profitability.

The VP will oversee the sales and marketing of plumbing materials, including products from leading brands such as Astral Limited pipes, Kohler Co. AAGAM FRP Products, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, smart toilets, and cabinetry solutions. The position requires robust leadership, strategic planning, business development, and operational management skills to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Marketing Management
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.




Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
