Mission Brief: Lead the Transformation of Lenskart's People Organization
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and operationalizing a world-class, AI-first People Platform for Lenskart. You will be the architect responsible for transforming how Lenskart manages its most valuable asset its tens of thousands of employees across retail and corporate functions moving us from static HR processes and annual review cycles to a real-time, data-driven organization and talent engine.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge people technology and Lenskart's next decade of hypergrowth. You will define and deliver the system that ensures we have the right talent, in the right role, at the right moment across a 3000+ store retail network and a fast-scaling technology organization spanning India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Japan maximizing organizational performance and employee experience globally.

Core Mandate: Platform Development & Organizational Transformation

1 Internal People Platform Creation (The Builder's Focus)
Platform Visionary:



Own the strategic vision, architecture, and deployment of Lenskart's proprietary AI/ML-based people platform (the Organization Decision Engine). This includes key modules for predictive attrition sensing, dynamic workforce planning, real-time span-of-control optimization, and system-driven succession signals.
Technical Partnership: Act as the primary business lead, translating complex organizational and talent requirements into actionable technical specifications for Data Science, People Analytics, and Engineering teams.
Systems Design Ownership: Lead the design and configuration of all core people-decisioning algorithms and logic, ensuring they maximize retention and internal mobility while intelligently navigating the very different dynamics of a frontline-retail workforce and a rapid-scaling corporate/tech organization.
