About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing a calendar and driving a cross-functional project to closure.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and communications.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
● Track and follow up on key strategic initiatives, action items, deadlines,



and commitments across teams.
● Drive cross-functional coordination between teams to keep priority projects moving.
● Represent the MD internally where required and drive matters through to closure.
● Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD, acting as a consistent point of contact between meetings.
● Take ownership of one-off projects and initiatives conceived by the MD, scoping and driving them independently from idea to execution.
● Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, reports, presentations, to help the MD make faster, better-informed decisions.
● Support the MD in business meetings, relationship management.
● Act as a proactive gatekeeper and sounding board- flagging pending matters, risks, gaps, and priorities requiring the MD's attention.
● Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business and person
