About The Role
TruScalar AI Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Manager Cloud Sales to lead and drive our cloud business growth across PAN India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud sales, team leadership, and business development, with a proven track record of managing key accounts, closing enterprise deals, and building high-performing sales teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
* Lead, mentor, and manage a pan-India cloud sales team to achieve organizational targets.
* Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and drive team productivity and accountability.
* Build and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple regions in India.
Sales & Business Development
* Drive Cloud Sales and Business Development initiatives across PAN India markets.
* Evaluate market trends and identify new business opportunities for CLOUD solutions across regions.
* Handle and manage corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships at a national level.
* Oversee deal creation, negotiation, and closure for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Client & Account Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across PAN India.
* Retention, enhancement, and deepening of client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
* Develop and maintain close rapport with key customers and decision-makers.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
* Assess and evaluate the potential of corporate agencies and channel partners across regions.
