Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Vijayawada District. The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include planning and organizing stock placement, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role also involves supervising warehouse staff, enforcing safety and compliance standards, maintaining equipment and infrastructure, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce losses. The Warehouse Manager is expected to use data and reports to track performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications

Solid stock control and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prevent variances.




Proficiency in inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and use of warehouse or ERP systems.
Experience in operations management, overseeing end-to-end warehouse workflows and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of safe forklift operation and material handling practices; certification or training in equipment operation is an advantage.
Relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management within manufacturing or logistics environments.
Ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Understanding of workplace safety, compliance standards, and basic quality control processes.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
