Role Description The Sales Head role at Interio Metrics is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Head will drive revenue growth by building and managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners in the interior design and construction sectors. Daily responsibilities include leading sales meetings, creating and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics,



and coordinating closely with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables. The role also involves developing proposals, negotiating contracts, overseeing client communication from lead generation through project closure, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, and account management, ideally within interior design, architecture, construction, or related engineering-led services.
Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities.
Solid understanding of project-based services, including coordination with design, engineering, and delivery teams.
