Role Description The Brand & Community Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for shaping and executing brand initiatives that strengthen Nucleo’s market presence and resonate with key stakeholders in the private investment ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include developing brand messaging and campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, and engaging with community members through events, social media, and digital channels. The role involves monitoring brand perception, gathering feedback from users and partners, and translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance community engagement and loyalty. The Brand & Community Executive will also support content creation, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and represent Nucleo at relevant industry forums and community activities.

Qualifications
Ability to develop and execute Brand Strategy and Brand Management initiatives aligned with business goals.
Experience in Brand Marketing and Communication,



including crafting clear, consistent messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Market Research to understand audience needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
Solid interpersonal skills to build and nurture community relationships, both online and offline.
Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or community roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making and use of analytics tools to measure brand and community impact.
