About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Ads Manager who can independently manage our digital marketing activities end-to-end, with a strong focus on paid advertising, lead generation, optimization, and social media growth.
The candidate should be comfortable working on-site, creating campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing budgets, and ensuring that digital advertising generates quality leads and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end, from campaign setup to optimization and reporting.
Plan, launch, monitor and optimize lead generation, WhatsApp and conversion campaigns.
Manage daily ad budgets and improve CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and ROAS.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting and campaign segmentation.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy,



audiences and campaigns to identify what performs best.
Monitor campaign performance daily and take immediate corrective actions when required.
Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
Coordinate with the creative team / designers for ad creatives, videos, reels and promotional content.
Track leads and campaign performance through CRM, spreadsheets and other relevant tools.
Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports.
Identify underperforming campaigns and continuously optimize them for better results.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, digital marketing trends, targeting options and advertising best practices.
Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
Handle digital marketing activities from strategy → execution → optimization → reporting.
