Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Anantnag. The Sales Executive will identify and approach prospective customers, explain Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products, and support customers in choosing suitable solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and product presentations, managing customer queries,



and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding. The role involves meeting assigned sales targets, maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and service support, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Executive will also provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to local promotional activities as required.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, address concerns, and provide after-sales support.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for explaining financial products clearly and engaging with diverse customer groups.
Basic financial acumen and understanding of lending, insurance, or investment products (experience in NBFCs or banking is an advantage).
