Backed by a U.S.-based family office, the firm is entering a rapid scaling phase and is looking to build foundational commercial processes from the ground up.

Role Overview
This is not a traditional inside sales role. We are looking for a self-starter who can build and run the outbound sales engine from scratch, someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure where none exists, and doing the hands-on execution required to make things work. Candidates with a background in wealth management, RIA, or private client advisory are especially well-suited to this role, given the nature of our target client base.




You will own outbound sales and early-stage growth activities end-to-end: defining target segments, building prospect lists, designing outreach workflows, testing scripts, running calls, tracking results, and continuously refining the process. You will also be expected to identify, research and experiment with and supervise AI-driven sales tools and agents to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
This role requires someone who is willing to get down and dirty: doing the calls, writing the emails, improving/ developing the CRM, and iterating daily based on what works.
Key Responsibilities
Build the outbound sales and lead-generation process from zero
Define target customer profiles and prioritize outreach segments, with particular focus on wealth managers, RIAs, investment banks, PE firms, institutional asset allocators such as endowments, and family offices
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to investment fir
