NJSM was founded as a professional sound company over 30 years ago, and that's still who we are at our core. Our in-house team has delivered professional sound production for top-tier international and Indian artists, alongside delivering events for major corporate clients like Deloitte, Visa, KPMG, and Axis Bank, spanning 500+ professional sound events.

Additionally, this isn't a role where you'll be one of many in a big team. You'll be working closely with our Marketing Lead every week, on real projects, events, and output. We work like family here, and we're looking for someone who wants that kind of close, collaborative setting rather than a large, siloed team.

What you'll do:
Manage and grow NJSM's social media presence across platforms
Design social content, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva Pro
Work directly with the Marketing Lead on campaigns, content, and creative direction week to week
Help translate NJSM's 30+ years and 500+ pro sound events into content people actually want to engage with

What we're looking for:




A qualification or background in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field
Design experience using Canva Pro, comfortable creating social content, graphics, and presentation materials independently
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office toolkit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Genuine creative passion, this matters more to us than years on a CV
Naturally curious, someone who asks questions, digs deeper, and stays on top of what's changing in the industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
A real passion for the events industry, not just marketing in general
A hunger to learn, grow, and be hands-on rather than wait to be told what to do
Comfort adapting fast. Our world moves quickly, new events, new sound setups, new challenges, and we need someone who thrives in that pace rather than being thrown by it
